Crabtree & Evelyn cookies

Any of the cookies/sweet biscuits from the Crabtree & Evelyn store (the one closest to me is at Garden City). Any of the citrus ones will make my day. These cookies are close to pefection, they're thin, butttery, crispy-crunchy, sweet-but-not-too-sweet, in all the right proportions.

I also like wandering around the Crabtree & Evelyn store because it always smells so nice ... it's like Eau de Rich English People.
