Any of the citrus ones will make my day. These cookies are close to pefection, they&#039;re thin, butttery, crispy-crunchy, sweet-but-not-too-sweet, in all the right proportions.

There are many stores but I think Bee Cheng Hiang is the one you see most often in Singapore. I prefer the large square bakkwa that's made from slices and not minced pork, you can tell by looking at the striping on the meat.
