Bakkwa from Bee Cheng Hiang in Singapore

Caution: Pork products cannot be brought into Australia, this is only a pipe dream, alas!

There are many stores but I think Bee Cheng Hiang is the one you see most often in Singapore. I prefer the large square bakkwa that's made from slices and not minced pork, you can tell by looking at the striping on the meat.
